Recently, Hawaiian authorities have filed hundreds of criminal charges against the owners and operators of illegal sweepstakes machines. A grand jury handed down an indictment that comprises 414 counts against three establishment owners along with six additional employees, including serious charges like money laundering and promoting gambling.
